Here at Centric we operate with the Drexel cooperative education (co-op) program. The co-op program allows for us to hire Drexel undergrad and graduate students for six months. During the six months they act as a Centric Benefits employee and learn more about the insurance industry. Our first co-op James Pignataro started working with us in March 2022. When he returned to classes in September our new co-op Emonefe Ewubare took over. However, we want to highlight the work James has done since returning to Drexel. For James senior project, he built a blog about the quiet quitting trend. His blog offers many articles and insights over the quiet quitting trend and is a great read for any HR professional or anyone just interested in learning more about employment trends over the last year.
